The much-anticipated Frome Children’s Festival opens at 10am on Sunday, 23 July. With a determined aim to be as accessible as possible, no charge for the 40+ activities and a policy of, apart from food, no selling and no brand merchandising on site, local charity, Purple Elephant, are planning for their biggest and best festival yet.
