In the second year after its successful return following the hiatus caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Castle Combe Steam Rally is back at the Wiltshire Motor Racing Circuit, over the weekend of May 21-22.
This will be the 36th running of this ever-popular family event, which raises money for the Jessie May Children’s Hospice at Home charity, and this year the selection of activities and attractions looks set to be stronger than ever.
Steam-lovers, or lovers of fairground attractions, will both be in for a treat with a display of fairground organs - as well as rides for the family.
Added to this will be non-steam-driven vintage vehicles of all varieties – from Motorcycles, and Tractors, to Lorries, Trucks and even Caravans.
Lovers of American and Military Vehicles will also be well catered for, as will those who are radio control airplane enthusiasts, as there will be displays of both.
Add to this a craft and model fair, a host of trade stands, as well as kids amusements and the Castle Combe Steam Fair is all set to deliver a full weekend of activities.
