Mama & Baby Yoga Classes

Mama & Baby Yoga classes run every Thursday morning at 11.15am for around an hour.

These classes are designed to calm, involving gentle yoga postures that can be used for both mother and baby as a method of relaxation. There is absolutely no pressure, and you can take the classes at your own pace, depending on how you and baby are feeling on the day.

This class is suitable for mothers who would like to strengthen their mind, body and spirit after childbirth - with exercises that are designed to develop your body; all of which are tailored to aid post-natal recovery.
