Meditation and mindfulness are often recommended to help with stress, anxiety, depression and similar challenges.
In this taster session, meditation and mindfulness will be introduced, as well as how they can help us in a variety of ways. This will then be illustrated with some simple exercises and brief periods of meditation. You are completely free to take part or not as you choose.
