It’s that time of the year again when we hit double celebrations at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. While the 14th February is a day of love to most of us, at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire it also marks the 14th anniversary of our opening – and this year as a special birthday present to our guests and local residents, we will be offering complimentary skating sessions for all. Sure to impress your loved ones, the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire skating rink, is the definition of winter fun, set within the heart of our Dogmersfield estate. For day-time celebrations, our team of talented pastry chefs have also prepared a seasonal afternoon tea at The Library, overlooking the rolling hills of Dogmersfield Park. Enjoy freshly made scones, a selection finger sandwiches and an assortment of pastries made with the finest local produce. Then for the evening, we will be offering a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner prepared by Executive Chef Paolo Belloni. With a choice of a three or four course menu (starting from £69) inspired by the Hampshire landscape, this delicious offering showcases earthy, yet elegant flavours. And finally, to round off the day in style, enjoy a birthday drink at the Wild Carrot Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, where Hampshire local James Edwards has created a tipple to every taste. Sample classic cocktails and artisanal concoctions, playing homage to the intriguing history of the estate. All guests will also be given a special voucher for a complimentary glass of bubbles with their next lunch or dinner at Wild Carrot.
