World's Biggest 5K Obstacle Course Returns To Southampton!
If you’re looking for something to get your blood pumping this Summer, then look no further, as the world’s biggest 5k obstacle course is set to return to Southampton for its fifth successive year!
The obstacle course, which has been inspired by the immensely popular television shows Total Wipeout and It’s a Knockout, comprises of giant inflatables - meaning you can slide, jump, run and dodge your way to the finish line! The Gung Ho! course even has obstacles such as ‘The Wall’, ‘Danger Zone’ and the ‘Final Countdown’, that have been specifically designed to get your adrenaline pumping.
“We’re working extremely hard to make each event fresh and exciting, so that even if you have taken part before, going Gung-Ho! in 2020 will be even more exciting than it was the first time.

Registration is now open for the course, which returns to Southampton Common on Saturday 20th June 2020. More than 250,000 people have taken part in the event since it started in 2015… so what are you waiting for?
