4CAbility & T9 function to help us do just that. They are a new business that have recently been uncovered in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. Country Child magazine are aiming to give them our full support, as this is something that is so important within everyone’s daily lives.

The Method…

The new and upcoming company provide a combination of training for both individuals and teams. This is focussed primarily on understanding human behaviour, accompanied with practical work centered around their herd of horses, known as T9. The company use the behaviour model that was originally created for NASA astronauts, that gives people the ability to communicate, negotiate and spot predictable distress behaviour, both within themselves and each other.

This model of teaching can be applied within all aspects of life; be it personal, educational or within the workplace environment. It can be incredibly beneficial if you or someone you know is experiencing or witnessing difficulties within any of these domains.

About the Owner…

Kerry Wilson has spent most of her career as a practising lawyer specialising in the Equality Act 2010 to eradicate disability discrimination, bullying and harassment. She also takes cases of discrimination against specific learning difficulty in education and universities.
